Inossman North America is capable of producing castings of various sizes of valve components and pressure rates from DN25 to DN2000 (PN10:PN900). Body RF / RTJ / BW / HUB, Bonnet, Wedge, Hinge, Yoke, Ball.
Castings can be made in any type of steel and corrosion resistant material for all the applications, even the most critical ones: Carbon Steel, Low, Medium and High Alloys Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex, SMO, Nickel Alloys, Aluminium Bronze.
We are able to take care of all the required NDE checks: Radiographic control with Iridium and Cobalt sources, Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Test, Liquid Penetrant Test, Dimensional Test, Chemical composition and mechanical test.
